  • due diligence
  • market research
  • economic-financial feasibility study
  • permits management
  • construction contracting: request for bids from building companies and industrialists, negotiation, contract closing
  • project management. Coordination and supervision of the project and work. Coordination of Management, construction, industrialists, etc.
  • direct contracting of materials and items of the project (aluminium frames, wood joinery, air conditioning, sanitary ware, pavements, tiling, etc.): definition, search for offers, contract closing, logistics coordination
  • control and monitoring of the budget and work planning
